MadisonWorks! is dedicated to helping the employer and job seeker in and around Madison County. MadisonWorks! advises employers about the local labor market and provides services that include job posting on our website, display company information and applications in our Resource Room, organizes job fairs and reserves office space for interviewing(all at no charge).
Job Seekers can view job postings on the job board and on the internet. They can visit the Resource room and use the computers to explore career research, job and labor market information, create a resume and brush up on interviewing and keyboard skills. Teens have their own Resource Room and may join the Youth Works Program, if they qualify. Eligibility for the Youth Works Program is based on federal guidelines.
Veterans and Employment Services Reps, phones, internet, resume software, fax and copier are also available in the Resource Room.
