About the WorkPlus Regional One-Stop System

The WorkPlus Regional One-Stop System provides five county one-stop offices where job seekers and employers can access a comprehensive array of job search, training, education and workforce development services—many of them at no charge.

Mission Statement:

The WORKPLUS Regional One-Stop System

will promote, integrate, and coordinate workforce development services throughout the five county area.  Through collaborations with businesses, job seekers, and community partners we will be the focal point of employment and training activities.
 

A part of Ohio’s statewide one-stop system, we connect job seekers to employers and promote the economic development and vitality of our local communities. We achieve these objectives with the help of our partners – a diverse group of agencies that enable us to meet the employment and career training needs of all citizens, including:

• Dislocated workers

• Persons with disabilities

• Veterans

• Older workers

• Youth

At the same time, we help businesses find the skilled workforce they require to succeed in the marketplace.

As a part of the Department of Job and Family Services in the counties we serve, we connect families and individuals to assistance programs they may need as they seek employment.
